TheReef.Church respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you sign up for the launch team, serve team, or prayer partner newsletter, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with anything you choose to share in the form.
How we use it
We use your information only to communicate with you about The Reef, including updates, events, team gatherings, and launch reminders. We will never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside our team for their own use.
Tools we use
Sign-up forms are managed through Planning Center. Our newsletter is sent through beehiiv. Online giving is processed by our sending church, Heartland Community Church. Each of these services protects your information under its own privacy policy.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may send you text messages, such as a reminder the week of launch. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. To update or delete your information, email us at hello@thereef.church.
